When ever a member on my forum tries to put a avatar that moves or dances up, it won't allow the avatar to be shown. I was just wondering if this could be fixed.

it is probly something in your admin/cp settings or they are using the wrong image format/check all of your settings and do testing yourself with their avatar in question.

I have never messed around with that section of the admi board and when i checked it out it seemed normal.
I am not sure what image format she is using, but she was able to put the avatar up on another site, and I tried to put an avatar up that could move and it won't show it either. My avatar format is gif., it when ever I try to get as an hyperlink it gives me one of the screens with a red x on it, when i try to upload of a floopy it doesn't work at all.

Any idea what the problem is.

Avatars coming with the IPB are not adequate.Avatars that loaded from an external source via browse are not visible with Internet Explorer,but possible with Mozzilla Fire Fox.

Most of our users use IE.

Any suggestion to solve this problem?

I think it's because the .gif animation is converted to .jpg

signatures seems not to work some places

you need to allow html as an alternative until the [img] tag in sigs is available again.

insert this into your sig

<img src="http://link.to/your/picture.jpg">

I tried other skins,same,does not solve problem.
The thing,avatars are visible with firefox mozzilla.Problem is not to load the avatars,problem is avatars are not visible.There is only one line visible with internet explorer.
