I can't seem to import new smilies so that I can add them to the smiley list. I have the smilies I want on my hard drive, how do I get them on my forum?

maybe the ur smilies is larger than 5KB?

You cannot upload smilies into a phpBB forum. Forumer won't allow it. Sorry.
