Recently over the past couple of months Server 4 has been getting the rough end of the deal... upsetting my community in the process

There is at least 3 or 4 slow periods every day but tonight the server has been slow for at least 3 hours, possibly more. Slow means = Not possible to view the forum. Pages just refuse to load. As I'm sure you will understand this is starting to affect all of the forums on the server because it means that at busy times they can't get posts and are losing members as a result. Is there any reason why it's slow, and is there any chance of the situation improving in future?
