Server 15 is currently running into a few problems.
Hopefully this will be repaired fairly quickly.

oh my god, thank you so much ^_^ it's my first forum and it's been on for about 3 weeks..then my friend comes to me and she's like: I think the forum died, i can't get it.. ahh..i was scared ^_^ But thanks

Umm, are you sure it's server 15? It might of been automatically deleted for inactivity.
