I dont see a think to post an announcement or a sticky on my site..

First, you must be a moderator or administrator to do this.

Second, in the lower left-hand corner of the screen, you should see a box with red text that reads "Moderation Options". Click on the box and choose "Pin this topic"

This box will only be visible when viewing a topic.
