How do i take someones mod-power away?, i've tried everything but he still has the mod cp function..(on my test account that is)

Depends how you added him. If you added him via the moderators section on the Admin pannel then just simply remove him from it.

Anotehr way is to change the user mask they use. Make sure it is on members.
Rite at this moment though i cant actually remeebr how to remove mods a different way but hold on and i will check my Admin pannel!!

Ok just cange their user group. You can do it this way

Admin pannel > Users and groups > find/edit/suspend user > find the user > edit details > chanage member group to members. As long as your members group can not use the mod CP neither can he.
