Hiya!

I was just wondering why there is a guest test@localhost.com permanently sitting on my forum when the permissions are set so that no one can view the board unlesss they are logged in anyway? Is this guest something to do with forumer?

Well most probably it is a Google or Yahoo bot. These bots are somehow there to put the ads or add the forum to their database[not sure which] .but I am sure that that is it. There is nothing else that can do that. Some bot
They should be no problem, they are just Computer Robots

I've been having the same problem, I think. The user is a guest (but I know it's the same one because of their IP address) and I allow guests to view my forum. I hope this is the same thing as what you people are talking about.

Try seacrching the IP number...to see where it comes from....
