I see that server 1 (and I assume 2) is back up, but now they are like almost 11 hours ahead. Not sure if the upgrade is officially complete, so I thought I'd post to see how to fix the time problem. Thanks.

What do you mean the time is ahead? Is your forum just displaying the time ahead?

Yes, it is. I made a post just a moment ago and the date says October 19th at 6:37 AM -- so yeah a little bit ahead.

This can be fixed by setting your forums time zone. Just go to the Admin CP -> Date & Time Formats and set the native server time zone to yours and it should go back to normal.

I don't know if the upgrades are complete though, be ready just in case they aren't.

I did go check that and they are still on my time zone.

It's not just on my board either. It's on another board I post at on server 1 too.

Oh, then they must have set the server's time zone off or something. I think to fix this you need to set it to the time zone that will add or subtract the right amount of time, whatever that may be. Try it and see.

I actually did and it can only go back -12 hours GMT -- so it put it around midnight. LOL!! I will just be patient, but I did want to make sure someone knew of the time glitch.

Did you try putting time forward?

I'm sure that the upgrades would not have been done so fast. Even if they were I'm sure the tech's will know about it and fix it soon

It's not that major anyway, just offsets the time.

I was pretty sure it would be something that the techs would catch -- just didn't want it to get overlooked. I really wasn't ready for it to be Wednesday yet -- LOL!!

Since the servers went back up Swedish special letters is getting replaced by question marks...

Edit: Btw, it seems to work now! But all posts written before the server went down still has the question marks.
Edit2: The usernames with these characters in them also got messed up..
