I have my own froum for my band. ( http://thegrams.Forumer.com ) The forum itself sucks, probably because I am running the show. Anyway, I want to know how to enable the personal photo. I tried to change mine, and it said the admin needed to enable it. I am the admin. I checked the admin CP and it had nothing about Personal photos. I checked "user profiles" (the one about avatars and such) and it had nothing.

How do I enable it? Where do I go?

Look in your admin/cp under security first then under user profiles to be sure all of your permissions are set correctly and then go also in to your mermission masks to be sure all group and forum permissions are also set correctly.

I did all that and there was nothing about personal photos. Anywhere.

# Go to your Admin CP.
# Go to Manage User Groups.
# Choose Edit Group next to the group you would like to allow to upload photos.
# Find PERSONAL PHOTO: Max upload file size (in K and set it to something like 100, and the size to something like 200x200.
# Click on Complete Edit at the bottom.
