Place A Similar Tag Like This To A Certain User/Members Group?



And Could I Add Something That Would Have

Trader Rating = Not Rated
Trader Rating = Trusted
Trader Rating = Scammer
Trader Rating = Shady

Could I Have Something Like That Where It Says The Username, Post Count, Members Group And All That When You Post? Would Like EVERYONE To Have Trader Rating = Not Rated But Be Able To Change It To Trusted Or Scammer Etc For Certain People... Is That Possible?

Also Can I Add A Glow Around A User Name? And What About Bold/Italicizing Their Usernames

If These Are Possible Could Some Enlighten Me On How To Go About Doing Them
