How can I make the topics open the new windows when people click to read that topics. I used to see IPB 1.3 can do this but not sure for IPB 2.0 that can do this or not. Cos the reader usually closed the browser mostly when they finished reading the topics, they must open new window and come to forum again.

Could anyone please specific the exactly point where to edit this html file? I can make html but still new with the file structure of IPB systems.

why are you saying that IPB 1.3 used to be able to do this, forumer boards are run on 1.3

Forumer doesn't host IPB 2.0 forums. If you need help with a 2.0 forum, you're in the wrong place, since this forum is for help with Forumer's IPB 1.3 forums only.
