I addressed this question sometime ago, but never received any sort of resolution and the problem seems to be continuing at my forum (http://oswmagazine.4.forumer.com). I have set up a User title and ranking system for users of my board. Now whenever they reach a designated pivot point ( say 15 posts raises the pip count to 2, the pips successfully increment, but the new user title designated with that incremenation does not take effect). Thus, I will have to go in and manually edit it. I wouldn't think this would be necessary, but even with newly registered users, no title appears when they register when @ 0-15 posts they should be indicated as "New" or whatever.

Anyhow, I thought I should bring this up incase there was some insight into this issue which I may have missed.
