Hi, I'm new here and I was just wondering how i start a forum on forumer because I can't find anywhere to put in what I want I want my forum to be? I currently have no forum and I'm confused.
Please Awnser the following

1. I'm trying to make IPB forum and how do I do that?
2. Where is the link?

Thanks for all of your help sorry if I posted in wrong category but I didn't know where to put it.
