How do i upload downloaded skins

Help would b apprecated

You cannot upload skins. The only options you have is to 1) Choose from the pre-installed skins, or 2) Use CSS-based skins, and replace the current CSS with the new CSS from the skin.

what places do i go to find css codes because there isnt many at the mod center and you can't use IF ones so yeh i would like to know were you can get good skins from to..?

IF Tomatoes has lots of good CSS skins.
