okay this error keeps coming up!

General Error

Could not connect to smtp host : 111 : Connection refused

DEBUG MODE

Line : 111
File : smtp.php

What is it? like can it be fixed? how do i do it?

when i login it says that i'm online but it also says that i have to login...so i thought i would regester again and then that bug showed up! so i guess the login part.

I've found this topic accidentally. Unfortunately you have posted it in a wrong forum (your boards uses phpBB scripts and not IPB). Otherwise your question could have been answered earlier.

Hopefuly you have already solved this problem. If not, here is the solution.

It seems that the "Use SMTP Server for e-mail" option is activated and probably you did not fill the proper values for SMTP Server/User/Password. This option is located in Admin Control Panel => General Admin => Configuration => E-mail Settings. Turn the option off (recommended) or use correct values for SMTP server etc.
