As forumer has a vbulletin forum for their support forum, but only offers IPB and PHP forums, is there any way you can offer free vbulletin forums?

Sorry, Forumer does not offer free vBulletin, as it is a professional forum software which costs money to buy individual licenses. You may choose between IPB and phpBB, which are also great forum softwares.

Ok, I want an IPB board, but on the main forumer webpage when I click sign up it signs you up for a phpBB. Where do I go/click to sign up for the IPB forum.
