you are having a topic on a forum, which you can give a number from 1 to 10 (1 is really bad and 10 is very very good) to a song.. You can upload a song from some sites (you send it). Then the next one gives a rate and then says a next song. Sometimes you must download it from a P2P program, not everyone has this song on his or her computer.

I had this idea, but I don't know if it's illegal to do this..

It's illegal if the songs are not the artist's singles, released for free.

Okay.. but if you only say you can get it with a P2P program? is it then legal?
