Is there anyway of disableing the post count on my fourms?

I dont want anyone to see how many posts people are making.

Can anyone help me?

Yes, you can stop the post count from showing in users' posts. Follow these steps:
1. Go to Admin CP > HTML Templates > Manage HTML > Topic View Section > Post Entry (Click Edit Single)
2. Find the following part of the code:
HTML Code:
{$author['member_posts']}<br />
3. Remove that part of the code, and the post count will no longer display in members' posts
