Here's there a way to mov ethe bottons around? like the "Members" "Help" Login" "register" etc..

You have to use a different forum style, for example, i think FI 3D blue and black has the buttons switched around, try experimenting with them.

You cannot switch the buttons unless the style does it. you can change the way they look however.
