Can Any One Got the code for a Popup

Hi Is It possible to give popup of Any Message i wana use it for giving ANNOUNCEMENTS

if its allowed i mean if it will not violate toc so plz give me the code

But also, most people have pop-up blockers

So, don't put real important announsments, in case some people have a pop-ups blocker

Also, pop-ups can get annoying sometimes, but it's your forum, so do whatever you want to do

Any advertisements that you make money from will result in your forum being deleted

So, as long as you don't make money from it you are fine.
