I looked around and couldn't find a duplicate thread, so I'm sorry in advance if I just overlooked a thread made about this same problem.....

I have one member who can't access her user CP. She says each time she tries, this message appears:

"Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was: You are not allowed to use this part of the board."

She's the only member that has reported having this problem, so I'm assuming no one else is having this kind of trouble. She's a super moderator, also, if that helps.

tell her to delete her cookies & empty her cache & see if that helps.

I told her to do that and she says it didn't help. She says it says the same thing no matter which computer she uses.

Try sending a PM to the Admin of your forum telling her/him of the problems that your supermod is having.

yes, she's a Supermod, but is that her group? Is there a group called Super Moderators?

What browser is this member using?

Also, try creating another member, placing them in the Super Moderator group and test the control panel.

Please get back to us.

I'm not sure what browser she uses, I'll find out....

I made a test account and it worked fine. I could access my control panel and add anything I wanted.

(don't mean to double post, just replying to something that was asked and I just found out)

The mod with the problem says she uses Internet Explorer.
