Sorry, but it is not possible to post one pinned thread that appears in all forums. I'm assuning you know how to pin topics, though, right? Well the only thing you can do is pin a topic in each forum.

Sorry for the double post, I'm editing this:

Can I put up a link to somewhere, such like the Forum Rules in the Forum Manager, but have it display on the main page before my forums begin? Like just above the forum "Announcement Zone" section?

As Isolice said, this is a random post. Please refrain from cluttering up the support Forum.

Fluffy, you can't have a seperate start page I'm afraid. But you can make an announcement forum like there is here.
