Please con someone tell me how to make drop down menus.
Click quick links at the top bar to understand what i mean.
Can someone give me a link to where it tells you or something

You posted less than four hours ago. Seriously, you have to wait longer than that. It'd take a good solid day's work to creat this modification, and other people have lives. Be patient.
