Some person used to come to my board (as guest) everyday, the same IP I see everyday, and stays looking at the board index, not viewing topics, not anything just viewing the board index. So I got tired of him/her everyday stalking, so I banned the IP and then next thing ya know, he/she changes the end of his/her IP, so I banned all the digits possible at the end,
My ban list
66.249.66.169
66.249.66.40
66.249.66.6
66.249.65.7
66.249.65.8
66.249.65.9
66.249.65.1
66.249.65.5
66.249.65.4
66.249.65.3

i think it's search bots. they come to my board too. you might not want to ban em, since they're there to put your board into search engines.

That's Googlebot. It's good, that means your forum will come up in Google in future.

But another question...
If they got banned, why would they try to ban evade?
Cause I mean, if I was trying to help someone and they ban me, I wouldn't wanna ban evade to help them.

When a user or IP is banned, they will still appear as viewing the Board Index. However, they will not be able to view anything on your forum.

The Spider section had that disabled. so they won't show up unfortunately.

why do you have bot logs in there if it doesnt' work?

same goes for bulk email

Well, the Google bots don't show up, so I'm assuming the Yahoo bots might not either.

If you're Admin, you can just click on "Show detailed by: Last Click" under Board Statistics at the bottom, and it should show.

Um...yes you can. Its right under the active usr list.
Can you keep this guest from the userlist? I like an accurate amount of guests....
