Question Mod/Forum

If you make someone a mod on a particular forum, does it automatically show up under the forum name? (You know, "Forum led by: xyz")

Click on moderators under Forum Control and assign either a groop or a member to that forum

No, no, winnopeg, I know how to do it! I was wondering if, having made someone a mod on a particular forum, that fact was displayed to the world. Ie, on the board index, under the name of that forum was written, automatically, Moderated by: [person I had made mod].

Is that clearer?

Ah, ok. Yes it is unless you make a new user groop and put that person into it, and then allow that groop only to mod certain forum or set of forums. I believe this can be done when you make the user groop.

EDIT: My bad, I don't think you can without putting the member into a user groop that can mod all of the forums.
