How do i make sum1 a admin, or a mod in the cp

I wouldn't recommend that you make anyone an admin unless you know them in person that way if they steal your forum you can kick their butt.

anyway its probably better you only have 1 admin anyway since bad things can happen like your assistant admin could give your pass away or something. If you need help doing stuff just make him admin for some time then demote him when he's done :P
