At the moment I am using a Phb forum but I want to close it and create an IPB forum but every time I click on Create a forum it comes up 'thank you for choosing a Phb forum.How can I create a IPB forum?

I haven't tried a PHP forum, but what would make you want to revert back to an IPB messageboard?
