Arrow How to change Banner
Hello,

Please can anyone tell me how to change the banner of my ipb forum?
I know that it is the small forumer picture on the top left of the forum but I want to change it

Admin CP -> Skins & Templates -> HTML Templates ->Manage HTML -> Global HTML elements -> Board Header (logo, links, etc)

Find this:

The text hightlighted in red can be replaced with your banner url. The text in blue can be replaced with the name of your forum.

"Cannot write into './Skin/s1/skin_global.php', please check the CHMOD value, and if needed, CHMOD to 0777 via FTP. IBF cannot do this for you."

How can i change the CHMOD

You can't. To change CHMOD you need FTP access, which is something you do not have.
