Admin CP > Skins and Templates > HTML Templates > Manage HTML > Global HTML Elements > Board Header (Edit Single)

Now - scroll to the bottom and check yours out and report back. It should NOT look like this if I'm right;

looks like you have got the right code to me. it might be the skin you put on. try going back to the default skin and see if that does it for ya.
