OK I tried this like 10 times, read the documentation, read another thread about it ect... maybe I am trying to use the wrong procedure? Please help.

Board name http://fotwomb.9.forumer.com/index.php?act=idx

I am using ant.jpg as my test icon, you see as FruitOfTheWomb we would like different fruit animals for our group icons. I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days! Thanks!

First you have to upload the image as an emoticon.

Then, go to AdminCP > Users and Groups > Manage User Groups > Edit Group.

In the blank for Group Icon, put in the link for your uploaded image.

It will be in this form: ..emoticons/yourboardname/imagename.image extension

For you it would be ..emoticons/fotwomb/ant.jpg

You must make sure you have the two periods in front of your link.
