that was not the link he was after. He wanted to know when they are availiable, go to the www.forumer.com and click on 'go' under 'create a forum' If it makes a phpbb forum you will have to wait until IPB forum signups open,see th announcements board for info.

when u register on forumer.com it says at the bottom "if you want a phpBB forum, go to the phpBB page" or something like that...but when u go there theres still no way of getting one.
