sonetimes redirects whe i type it to forumer.com
please help,

Hm.. funny is that it happends to some of my members on my site as well..
The url is http://souls.2.forumer.com and sometimes they say, when they try to log in, it redirects them to forumer.com

Since it didn't happend to me personaly, here is a quote of one of my members... "Like, when I type in the URL, the site will pop up with this weird board error message, and whenever I log in it takes me to the main site."
But.. it happends only sometimes..

Any ideas why it is happening?

Also I noticed funny thing.. well odd.. that sometimes when I go to my site.. it takes me somewhere absurd different place..

Nope.. I was on IM yesterday and one of my members tried both,
http://souls.2.forumer.com and http://forumer.com/souls

None worked..

are you completely sure that he/she did not add the "www" on front??
and have him/her clear the cache

Look, I was talking to her/him and on my IM I told her to use this link and that other link I already said and it did not worked.
And also.. IF they were actually logging in and it took them to forumer.com how possible they could LOG IN if they WOULD use www in front!? Since when you use www in front it takes you directly to main site?

ps.. I will advice them the cache thingie, thanks.

and ii dunno, i had not seen that adding the 'www' made a difference...
but they can log in by the email notification reply, etc, a link in their email, that is what i usually do to go to forums...

And maybe clearing the cache will help
btw-sorry just making sure
