How do you add like a home page, or a games page, or a link to another page in your site navigation at the top of the page, like this site GEunderground.com

For a home page or portal for your forum, you can set up IP Dynamic Lite, see here: http://forum.forumer.com/showthread.php?t=5433

I did set up IP Dynamic Lite, and when I type in my site url, it just takes me to the forums, and there is no sign of a home page anywhere, my forums rockcrazy.forumer.com

You will have to use a different URL for your portal, which should be: http://rockcrazy.9.forumer.com/index.php?act=home

ooo ok, thanks so much I got it now, but there is x's all over the place what do I do about those? And how do I change the dimensions of the boxes?

-I just noticed...When I type in my url, rockcrazy.forumer.com it takes me to the forums, but at the top is my home page and I can access it, how do I make it so that when I type in my url it takes me to home page, do people have to type in http://rockcrazy.9.forumer.com/index.php?act=home every time just to start off at the home page??

I don't see any broken images on your forum.

Also, you cannot make the http://rockcrazy.forumer.com URL take you to your portal, you would have to use the URL for the portal.

I fixed the broken Images, and is it possible for a shortened url to take it to the portal ex: Rockcrazy.tk, or something, and then keep the rockcrazy.forumer.com as it is? That way .tk won't mess with the forum, or would it being connected to the portal mess with the forums anyhow?

A shortened URL would probably still cause problems - if your users went on your portal using a shortened URL, and then clicked a link to your forum, your forum would still be using the short URL. So it is up to you, but short URLs are known to cause troubles with forums.

Site with shortened url with links-

Random.tk

The links are the regular long url, like Link.forumer.com, only the portal has the short url on it.

It's up to you if you want to use a shortened URL. So if you want a shortened URL, by all means, get one for your portal. Just as long as you're aware that they can possibly cause problems.

If your portal is on a shortened URL, all links in the portal will lead to the right places - but the URL will remain the shortened one.
