like I want to make a new page on my forum. using the same template but with nothing on it.

You could always copy the stylesheets and image links and use them on a new blank HTML document (in say Frontpage), upload that to a website and provide a link from your forum.....that way you would have the same layout, images and style as your forums

if it's the latter, then i don't think that's possible. but there are ways to get around it. you can use the 'rules' pages in forums as html pages. choosing 'mark as link only' and it will only open the page up, and not the forum.

yeah I guess but what I want to do is be able to have a chatroom that i am making be an Iframe on a page in a forum. but thats all i wantjust the chat room no stats. but I guess I will have to do it trough my website

no he wouldn't have the same images, he would have to alter all the image urls but then he would be hotlinking, so he would have to host them all himself... and i'm not sure if the css/style sheets would work properly when doing that.
