Default Payment "not recieved"... AGAIN

Last month, the payment for my forum came due. The money was deducted from my paypal account on time. My forum remained down for TWO WEEKS, despite numerous e-mails and posts to this forum. I PM'd Limez requesting that my forum subscription for that month be extended for 2 weeks, since it was forumer's fault that I did not recieve the services I paid for. I was, of course, ignored.

Now, two weeks later, you can imagine what's happened. Payment came due, money was deducted from paypal, and forum is displaying "payment not recieved" message.

I've had quite enough of forumer's horrible service and "customer support." Refund my account for this month's hosting fees and delete my forum, please. Otherwise, Paypal will be contacting you to retrieve my money for me.

Please calm down, limez has been away. I'm sure he'll clear this problem up as soon as he can.

I'm sure you wouldn't like to have two weeks of paid service taken from you unfairly, then deal with the same error all over again.

I'll be perfectly calm once this is taken care of.

Very sorry for any inconvenience, but please realize that the Support Staff can not do anything at all in this situation. Once Limez is back, he should reply to any emails you have sent to him.

I am sorry for the delay, as I am out of town.

None of our support team members can help with most of the ForumHoster issues, so don't blame them.

I fixed billing cycle bug.

sorry again.
