Change this:

.row1 { background-color: #9BC5D7}
.row2 { background-color: #9BC5D7}
.row3 { background-color: # 9BC5D7}
.row4 { background-color: #9BC5D7}

to this:

.row1 { background-color: #9BC5D7;}
.row2 { background-color: #9BC5D7;}
.row3 { background-color: #9BC5D7;}
.row4 { background-color: #9BC5D7;}

That should work.
