sometimes i try to upload a video and it posts the topic but there is no video attached with it! how do i fix this?

people REALLY need to start posting links to their forums when asking for help!!! this is so we can figure out if you are on phpBB or an IPB board...

well they are like the exact same thing, how would i do it if i fix this if i were using a forumer forum?
