Default Payment "not recieved"

I have attempted to directly contact forumhoster.com support through their website twice over the past week, with no response. I have a premium account , and my forum has been disabled for over a week with a "payment not recieved" message. The payment was automatically deducted from my paypal account on Feb 23. There is no reason that it should be disabled.

Getting rather frustrated...

Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks since payment was deducted from my paypal account- and my forum is still disabled.

If nobody here can help me with this issue, at least direct me to someone who can. I have paid for a service that I am not recieving. If this matter is not resolved within the next few days, I will file a Buyer Complaint Form with Paypal and let them investigate matters and recover my money.

I noticed in your profile, you have your site listed as:
http://data.forumhoster.com/forum_grove/
Try using:
http://grove.forumhoster.com

I can see the site through that link.

This also happened on my board.

Thanks for trying. I can get as far as the log-in screen, but as soon as I log in I get the same "payment not recieved" message.

Look at the address appearing when you click login, it is changing to,
the "http://data.forumhoster.com/forum_grove/ " address everytime you click something, keep changing the start of the address, and you will get in.

Try logging into your Admin panel, and change the address:
http://grove.forumhoster.com/admin.php

System Settings -> Change either Board Address or Website address to:
http://grove.forumhoster.com

I can't even access my Admin panel; once I log in, it defaults to the data.forumhoster.com address and the same old screen. Trying to change it back, of course, results in a "session not found" and another login screen.

Arghhh!
