| Member | I recived this e-mail today. Your forum won't let me log in or retrieve my password. It claims that my account has been rendered inactive. I had the Enable account activation set on (none). Is that the problem? |

| Banned User | Who sent the email to you? Was it a member from your forum or from the forum itself? If an account is inactive, you can activate it by going Admin CP > User Admin > Management and find 'User is active' |

| Banned User | The user probably hasn't validated their account. Although there is a bug with the validation emails at present, so you may want to turn validation off by going into Admin CP > General Admin > Configuration and setting 'Enable account activation' to None. |
