Can I import my threads from another forum say ********* or even another invision board for that matter.. That way I won't have to start from scratch!

Im having the same problem as well...I am developing a tool that will select the posts from a database (A custom one I built before) and automatically posting them to my new forum (kind of a way of importing) but its quite sloppy, and round-about-way. So far it works somewhat, just working out the bugs.

Hey, nice idea, albertacelicas.org.. alas, i don't know how to program so i wouldn't know how to write one myself. but i'm going to look around and see if such a thing exists.

i might need it some day hehe.

why don't you do a "print" selection or a "save as" and copy them over that way????

As of now, you cannot make or import backups or post saves.

I dont really feel like spending hours upon hours of copying 1000's of posts over to my forum. Thats why im trying to automate it.
