How do you add tags such as this unto an admin's name.

Like underneath their avatar?

I tried doing so, but when I tried to upload the admin tag unto my emoticons list, it says,

The maximum size of emoticons is 5120 bytes....

what gives?

Downsize your image using a common photo editor, or save it in a smaller file such as .gif or .jpg
