do what it says. Enter your admin account user name and the password with the proper spelling.

if you dont have the admin account details of the other board, you cannot enter in to it.
Both forum ACPs work fine. You're posts and PMs are a bit hard to understand so I can figure out what you mean by giving the url of the efash forums.
