I want to create something so that when someone posts beneath, where it has all their info (such as:Username,User Title,PIP,Location,Whad eva) I want it to have one more thing that I add. And they can customize that by going to edit Profile so it will be there to input. How can I do this.

There is a mod you can do called xProfile. It lets you add custom fields under the standards stats already there like Posts: Member No.: etc. The members can customize it via there control panel in Edit Profile.
