Perhaps you should try explaining what a G Mod is?

If it's a mod that requires editing of PHP files and FTP access, you won't be able to do this. Sorry.

i think they mean how do they add a global moderator? :unsure:

To add a global moderator:

First, set up a Member Group that is going to be global moderators. You will probably want to use the Admin permission mask, or create a new one (see the FAQ section for information on that). Near the bottom of the Member Group configuration screen, there is an option Is Super Moderator (can moderate anywhere)?, and you will want to pick Yes. A confirmation box will pop up when you click Create New Group, and click OK. After that, just put people into the group.
