i want to bulk email all my members on my forum, so i tested the feature by emailing the admins on my forum. it doesn't seem to be working as i haven't got an email yet.

what's wrong?

Check your 'Junk' folder. Most times these emails are counted as spam, unforunately.

I also have a problem with the Bulk email on my forum. I sent it, none of the members got it, and its not im my junk email folder either.

perhaps the feature doesn't work for forumer boards. i wish Limez can answer my question

Sometimes it was looking like (to the Admin) that it wasn't sent but users were still getting the email. There's quite a few email problems.

Works fine for me..

You can only email bulk email once a week to go to the
Users/Groups. and click on the bulk email members...
There it says on the top

Thats probally why its not working for you, because your sending more than one email in a week.

nope, thats not the case, it was the first time that i had ever sent bulk email to my members, and no one got it, not even myself. There are no errors that come up, it appears to have sent, but no members get the email and its not in their Junk email folder either..

Try to look in you 'Junk' folders and see if your emails are there.

because its working fine for me right now.

ok..make sure that you have all of this on "on"
Send to group Admin? Yes * No
Send to group Banned? Yes No
Send to group Members? Yes* No
Send to group Moderator? Yes* No
Send to group Validating? Yes* No
You dont have to email the banned people if you dont want to.
*All of this is found at the bottom of te email message*

Did you try your spam/bulk folders?
