why is it that i can upload pictures on my board but my members can not,
i have done all the right things but still no joy..
can you run through the set up for me once more...

You need to go into your admin/cp under user profiles and enable the settings and maybe under security also and please be sure to read all of the stuff in your admin/cp to see what all of the cool toys do...hope it all helps and some forums are having uploading issues at this time please be patient.

i have done what you said but still no joy.
the browse button does not show up on the "add reply" when guests and members reply.
i am the only one that can upload pics.
is there another way to sort this... (plain ehglish please, not computer savvy)
cheers for your help so far.

all i get at the bottom of the add reply section (for memebers/guests) is the post is "post icons" and then "add reply button" no browse button.

sorry to repeat myself.

Click on Admin CP -> Security & Privacy. Scroll down until you see this: "Security (Low)". You can go from there. Then back to "Security & Privacy" and click on "User Profiles" and scroll down until you see this: "Avatars". You can go from there.

maybe i am being really thick here, but nothing seems to be working.
i have done all that has been said here and still no joy.
is it because i have a free board of is it that everything i touch of late goes wrong.
please help, these are really good boards.

Ok if you can't upload to these servers use a remote image server data base like I do...please look for the remote image hosting threads here on the forums(almost every thread about uploading image troubles has my fix on them)..Ii have said this ten zillion times now to forget how many members....and no you are not "thick"....your just learning as we all do one day at a time...please everyone read through the threads alot of the answers to questions are already here.All of my images are up so my fix must work.

i took your advice and looked through some of the other threads on here and got it sorted.
