this is very annoying i cannot access the admin cp on my forum whenever i click on admin cp it comes up with this message

404 ERROR
Sorry, the forum you have requested doesn't exist!

The Forum you are trying to access may be deleted, if:
- it has been inactive for more than 30 days
- it has violated our Terms of Service

my forum is still active i can log on as normal but the problem is just that i cant access the admin cp whereas before i could , all the other functions on the forum seem ok it just the admin cp that im having problems with

Ive also cleared all my cache temporary files history and still no joy
