A new user can post in topics started by someone else but can't create a new topic! He says that every time he goes to press the button to make the topic, he isn't allowed to. He uses Internet Explorer, as do I, and I don't have these problems.
I checked my admin cp to see if it was his username. Turns out, it isn't. In the admin cp it states he is allowed to post. Also, his user group is allowed to post.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? I had a siniliar problem where one user couldn't open his control panel to send pms, but he was using Netscape 4.75, and when he got Internet Explorer everything was fine.
