How to break out of frames?

My colleague administrator registered a Dot TK address for shorter access to our site. However, Dot TK uses frames, and this may cause problems sometimes.

How can I break out of these frames?

I found an excellent site addressing the issue: http://www.thesitewizard.com/archive/framebreak.shtml

This solutions consists of 2 parts

1. Adding the JavaScript to my site. This is not a problem, I solved it after reading this post.

2. I need to add
Code:
onLoad="brakeout_of_frame()"
to the body-tag.

Can I do this with forumer?
If not, is there another way of breaking out of the frames automatically??

Thanks in advance,
Greetz,
Dimitri

Hello,

The best advice is to just forget .tk domains, or any other free, short domain services such as those. Just use one of the free Forumer URLs that we provide you.

forum.forumer.com
