How to upload and install new skins and also allocate them

I mean to add not edit.

Sorry, but you cannot upload skins to your Forumer board. You can, however, edityour board's colors through the Style Sheets section of your Admin Control Panel, and images through the Images Only section. When editing the style sheets, the best methood to change the colors is through Hex color codes. A legend of these codes can be found in my signature.
